WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK UNIQUE AND WHY SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
Stunning photographs are not the result of number of years a person spent with the camera, but more about the eye, imaginations and creativity that the photographer or videographer has. Our works are autobiographical and photojournalistic in a way, with the essence of classic, yet modern style. We not only have the eye and creative ideas for photography and videography, but also able to anticipate moments and capture it. Our aim is to make breathtaking photographs and cinematic short films that tell and convey stories. If you’re looking for something refreshing and untraditional, we are probably the ones you have been looking for.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Singapore and absolutely, we love to explore our style of photography & videography in overseas destinations. If you like our work and planning to take your pre-wedding photoshoot or wedding abroad, then we are definitely a perfect match.

DO YOU EMPLOY ANY SPECIAL TECHNOLOGIES, EQUIPMENTS, OR TECHNIQUES?
Yes, we only use professional DSLRs and Video Cameras, lenses and lighting equipments. Our choice of equipments depend on nature of the shoot.

HOW DO YOU DIRECT THE COUPLE WHEN YOU ARE CAPTURING THEIR MOMENTS OF THEIR WEDDING?
Typically on a wedding day, we will do our best not to interfere with the flow of the event. However, we will advise accordingly. For example, if there are certain angles or poses that we feel is great, we will gently ask the couple if they would like to spend some time to be photographed.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD YOUR CLIENT CONTACT YOU?
As booking is subjected to availability, we strongly advise our clients to book us as soon as possible.

DOES A CLIENT NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
We understand that some couples have busy schedules and trust our capabilities, bookings can be done securely online via https://www.prologueweddings.com/booking. Nonetheless, we believe that chemistry between the couple and us is important, hence we highly recommend our couples to meet us in-person as we will spending the most time together during the big day.

ARE THERE ANY MIDNIGHT SURCHARGES?
Yes, there’ll be an additional surcharge of an hourly rate of SGD 150.00 per photographer/videographer. if you require our services after 1200 AM and before 0600 AM.

 MY WEDDING IS MORE THAN 1 DAY, DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER PACKAGE?
Yes and no. If your wedding falls within the same week, you may split the hours of the package chosen with an additional surcharge of SGD 100.00 per service type (photography or videography) per day. However, if your wedding dates are more than 1 week apart, we will require you to take up an additional package.

MY WEDDING DURATION IS MORE THAN THE HOURS STATED IN THE PACKAGES, WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
You may add-on additional hours to the packages at prevailing rates. Please contact us for the latest pricing.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
50% upon confirmation, remaining 50% is due 1 week after the shoot or wedding day.

WHAT PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE?
Depending on the package chosen, we provide Standard-Res & High-Res Images, Thumbdrive, Coffee Table Albums, Flush Mount, Photobooks and/or Custom album design.

WHAT PHOTOGRAPHY STYLES DO YOU USUALLY OFFER?
Contemporary, Journalism, Portraiture, Cultural, Candid, Natural,  Conceptual, Destinations.

WHAT IS YOUR SPECIALITY?
Pre-wedding shoot, Wedding day coverage, Studio shoot.

WILL YOU PROVIDE ALL THE DIGITAL FILES TO THE CLIENT?
Yes, all edited photos will be provided to the client in High and Standard resolutions. High Resolutions images are meant for printing, where as Standard Resolution images are optimized for digital usage, such as social media and blogs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CLIENT TO RECEIVE THE FINAL PRODUCT?
For digital copy of photographs, the client may expect to receive their photos no more than 2 weeks from their wedding day. As for printed products like albums or canvas prints, the client will receive no longer than 4-6 weeks after confirmation of the PDF proof of layout design.

WHAT DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE?
Depending on the package, we are able to provide Full High Definition (HD) Videos which includes Cinematic Highlights Film, Express Highlights Film (or also known as Same-Day-Edit Video), Solemnization Documentary Films, Full Documentary Film.

WHAT VIDEOGRAPHY STYLES DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
Cinematic, Documentary, Storytelling, Traditional, Short Film.

DO YOU DO A SAME DAY EDIT?
Yes, we do express highlights editing and we require at least 4 hours lead time.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FOOTAGE TO THE CLIENT?
Only upon request.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CLIENT TO GET THE FINAL VIDEO?
We pride ourselves as being one of the most efficient team, while maintaining gold standards and signature style. Client may expect to receive their final video no more than 2 weeks, depending on the package.
